The Enid Police Department has reported that one woman has died following a single car collision that occurred near the intersection of Van Buren St. and West Oak Ave.
Samantha Howell, 27, was travelling southbound on Van Buren on Wednesday night when her 2016 Honda Civic struck the curb of the concrete median before driving over it. The vehicle came to a rest after striking a pole.
The direct cause of the accident is still unknown.
