Former Enid head football coach Cameron Condor has been approved to become the new head coach at Chisholm High School.
Chisholm’s school board met on Wednesday, Feb. 5, during which the vote to approve Conder was held.
Conder gave one last thank you to Enid Public Schools before his resignation.
“It is with a mix of emotions that I announce my resignation as head football coach for the Enid Plainsmen. Coaching this team has been an incredible privilege, and I’m proud of every player and their commitment to ‘Effortville,”” Condor said. “The brotherhood established with this coaching staff is one of my greatest treasures. Thank you to the Enid Public Schools administration for trusting me in this role. I wish the Plainsmen all the best in future seasons.”
Conder came to Enid in 2015 to help Offensive Coordinator Steve Hays, before being named the Plainsmens’ new coach in 2023.
