The first-ever Culture Connection Summit is set to take place on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Stride Bank Grand Ballroom in Enid. The day-long event will unite community members, leaders, and cultural advocates to celebrate Enid’s diversity and foster collaboration between the city’s White, Black, Hispanic, Native American, and Micronesian populations.

The summit begins at 8 a.m. with breakfast and opening remarks by Ward 3 City Commissioner Frank Baker, followed by a keynote speech from former congressman and OU football star J.C. Watts. Attendees can look forward to cultural showcases, breakout discussions, and insights from Bethany Mayor Amanda Sandoval on leadership through inclusion.

The event will wrap up with a community planning forum and a casual networking mixer. Organizers hope the summit sparks meaningful dialogue and lasting partnerships that continue to strengthen Enid’s multicultural future.
