Two-time Latin GRAMMY® nominees Mariachi Herencia de México will bring their vibrant blend of tradition and innovation to Armstrong Auditorium on Thursday, Sept. 18, as part of their La Nueva Generación Tour. The performance coincides with National Hispanic Heritage Month, celebrated from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
Known for pushing the boundaries of traditional mariachi music, the Chicago-based ensemble has captured millions of views on YouTube and built a devoted following. Their “New Generation Tour” promises an electrifying evening of beloved classics, heartfelt ballads, driving rhythms, and passionate vocals—honoring the roots of mariachi while charting a bold, modern path.
The concert is open to all ages, offering a night of music and culture that celebrates the past, embraces the present, and looks toward the future of mariachi.
