The City of Enid Mayor and Board of Commissioners are set to have their biweekly study session and meeting tonight in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building.
The study session will begin at 5 p.m., while the regular session begins at 6:30 p.m.

- Update on ODEQ Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Projects
- Update on relocation of the Chisholm Trail Monument to Government Springs Park
Here are the key topics being discussed at tonight’s regular session:
- Presenting a proclamation in recognition of retiring City Attorney Carol Lahman for 28 years of service
- Considering an ordinance amending the Enid Municipal Code, 2024, Title 13 “Flood Control”, Chapter “Flood Damage Prevention” Section 13-1-6 “Provisions for Flood Hazard Reduction” to clarify that all electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, equipment and service facilities must be located at least one foot above the base flood elevation, providing for repealer, savings clause, severability, codification and effective date.
- Considering and taking action with respect to a resolution of the Enid Municipal Authority authorizing a loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board in the total aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $10,745,000.00
