Alibaba, AUS Merchant Services to pay $600 million to resolve alleged illegal pharmaceuticals sales, DOJ says

WASHINGTON, July 1 (Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department said on Wednesday that Alibaba and AUS Merchant Services have agreed to pay $600 million to resolve allegations that they failed to prevent illegal sales of pharmaceuticals.

Alibaba did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
