BRUSSELS, June 2 (Reuters) – Paramount Skydance Corp sought EU antitrust approval on Tuesday to buy Warner Bros Discovery, a European Commission filing showed.
The Commission, which acts as the EU’s competition enforcer, set a July 7 deadline for its decision.
