Candidate filing for the Oklahoma Presidential Preferential Primary will begin Monday, December 4. The Primary will be on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
All candidates must file with the secretary of the Oklahoma State Election Board between December 4 and 6 from 8 am to 5 pm in room G-28 at the Oklahoma State Capital.
Eligibility will depend on whether the candidates submit a signed and notarized Statement of Candidacy, along with a fee of $5,000 or a petition acknowledging candidacy.
