Several towns in Garfield County will be holding their 4th of July Celebrations. Here are some going on throughout the county.
Breckinridge: July 3rd, Block Party held by the Breckinridge Fire Dept. at 7 pm.
Hillsdale: July 4th: Starting at 7:30 am Hillsdale has a full day of events that includes breakfast, a 5K, a 3-on-3 Basketball tournament, a cake walk, and Hillsdale’s Got Talent, with fireworks after dark.
Covington: July 4th: The Covington Lions Club will be holding a 4th of July BBQ celebration at 6 pm at Covington Park. Festivities include fireworks, cornhole, BBQ, and a gun raffle.
Garber: July 4th: Garber’s 4th of July Celebration will be held at the Garber City Park, activities include a free swim, wheat dig, tractor pulls, turtle races, a watermelon feed, and adult softball.
