The City of Enid announced the closure of West Park Ave. to allow contractors to complete an asphalt overlay.
The closure is expected to last from Aug. 29-30 and will span from South Jefferson St. to South Monroe St.
During the construction effort, residents are requested to find alternative parking as driveway access will be restricted.
The closure will be weather permitting.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in the construction area.
