The City of Enid has announced several road closures and a planned water outage to allow contractors to work on several waterlines across town.
The roads being closed include:
- South 12th St. from East Cherokee Ave. to East Park Ave. (Feb. 7-8)
- Intersections on North 10th St. at East Walnut Ave. (Feb. 8-12)
Additionally, the planned water outage will affect:
- South 12th St. from East Cherokee Ave. to E. Owen K Garriott Rd.
- East Park Ave. from South 10th St. to South 13th St.
The outage is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 8th and will last from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in the above areas during the construction efforts.
