At around 12:30 pm on Tuesday, June 20th the Enid Fire Department put out a hay baler fire at 3600 N. Van Buren. The Enid Fire Department responded quickly to the fire, putting it out before the blaze could engulf the vehicle.
A dangerous situation was prevented as the vehicle was surrounded by kindling in the field and conditions were dry despite the recent rainfall.
