The Enid Mayor and Board of Commissioners are hosting their bi-weekly regular meeting in the Council Chambers on Thursday, Feb. 22.
The meeting is scheduled to begin after the study session at 6:30 p.m. and will contain the following item(s) of note: (All items are directly listed on the official City of Enid website)
- The consent for items 5.1-5.9 which include
- Accept Roof Replacement Project as fully completed by the contractor, Bloyer and Sons, Inc., Winfield, Kansas.
- Approve Unit Price Change for Madison Street Waterline Relocation, in the deducted amount of $11,123.75.
- Approve a Unit Price Change for $335,260.10, and authorize the Mayor to execute all documents.
- Approve the Unit Price Change with JMB Concrete Construction, Enid, OK, for Meadows South Drainage Channel 3025 Indian Drive to Cleveland for $219,490.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute all documents.
- Accept the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) Permit for a water line to serve the 300 to 700 Block of West Moore Avenue, City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma.
- Establish a 16-foot wide Utility Easement at the new Water Treatment Plant for the Kaw Lake Water Supply Program.
- Accept a Quitclaim Deed from the State of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, for the building located at 1305 E. Owen K. Garriott Road, at no cost to the City.
- Approve a resolution by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the City of Enid, Oklahoma in support of Enid Joint Recreation Triad.
- Approval of claims of $4,598,565.35.
