EPD has obtained an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Jonathan Adrian Baez Perez for the shooting on May 18 at North 10th and Chestnut.
The charges for Baez Perez include aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction, and theft of a motor vehicle.
On May 18, officers responded to a shooting on North 10 St. at an Enid store. Officers learned that Baez Perez was in an argument with Cesar Gabriel Gomez, and subsequently shot Gomez in his vehicle.
Baez Perez remains at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.
