The Enid/Garfield County Emergency Management warns Garfield County that a Freeze Warning is in effect. Wind chill temps will average around 32 and drop below freezing by 7 pm tonight (October 31).
Parents are encouraged to caution their children about the cold when going trick-or-treating; be sure to wrap them in their costumes with a coat because the temperatures with even drop to the low 20s overnight.
Don’t forget to bring your pets indoors, and make sure they have a warm place to be and plenty of food and water.
