Northern Oklahoma College of Enid is hosting its 10th annual Chikaskia Literary Festival from Thursday, October 5th to Friday, October 6th. The event will be from 1 pm – 5 pm on the 5th, and 8:30 am – noon on the 6th. Writers of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and more will gather in the Marshall Building/Bivins Chapel. Some of the writers include Hank Jones, Tarleton State University, and Mark Walling, East Central University. The event will be free for both the public and students.
