James Parker Pleaded Guilty To First-Degree Murder On Thursday, September 7th

James Parker pleaded guilty on Thursday, September 7th to first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon the Enid News & Eagle reports. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 25th at 9 am. The robbery took place at a Mini-Mart on Maine Street.

Two other men included in the case pleaded guilty as well. Jose Zammarron pleaded guilty to assault while masked.

Alejandro Ahumada pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. According to Enid News & Eagle, it is stated that “He was sentenced to life in prison, with all but 30 years suspended. He also was credited with time served. This is an 85% crime, meaning he must serve 85% of his sentence before being eligible for parole.”
