In partnership with 4RKids, Leonardo’s opens up its new Sensory Sensitive Playgroup to make a safe space for guests with sensory sensitivities.
The program will be open for two hours on the second Tuesday of each month during the school year. From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. the museum will be closed to the public for exclusive playtime.
The playgroup will be free for guests who need it.
Leonardo’s has released a statement about guest who may seek to take advantage the playgroup.
“Please note: If any guest is suspected to be taking advantage of the program who does not show need or is attending with a guest with a need, Leonardo’s reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the museum.”
