The Enid Police Department is notifying the public that a sex offender is now registered with the EPD.
The offender is Warren Epps, convicted on Jan. 14, 1991, in Maricopa County Court in Arizona, on charges of child molestation—attempted molestation of a child.
The 70-year-old is not wanted for any crimes; registration with the department, as well as public information display, is required by law.
He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has blue eyes and white hair.
Epps is residing at 4121 S. Van Buren #181, in Enid, Ok 73703, which is an approved area for sex offenders.
