A single-vehicle accident that happened in Kingfisher County on Sunday has left one juvenile dead.
Pedro L. Reta, 21, was driving a Hisun 550 UTV with two unnamed juveniles, a 10-year-old girl and a 2-year-old girl. The UTV was southbound on 2800 Rd. before going through a low water crossing, being swept off the road and ejecting Reta and his two passengers.
Reta and the 10-year-old girl were reported as injured, while the 2-year-old girl was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Reta’s condition at the time of the incident was reported as normal. The direct cause of the collision is still under investigation.
