The Leonardo’s Education Annex will host a Discovery Camp Open House on May 16 from 1 to 4 p.m., offering families a free, come-and-go opportunity to preview this summer’s programming.
The event will include hands-on science and art activities, tours of the facility, and opportunities to meet camp staff and connect with other families. A featured “WOW Science” presentation is scheduled for 2 p.m., giving attendees a glimpse of the interactive experiences planned for campers.
Discovery Camp runs June 1 through July 24 and offers both full-summer and weekly enrollment options. This year’s theme, “Discover Your Town,” will focus on community roles such as farming, engineering and public safety, with activities designed to encourage creativity and exploration.
