ESPN reports the team acquired Joey Porter Jr. from the Steelers in exchange for a second-round pick in 2028 and a sixth-rounder in ’27. The cornerback was at-odds with Pittsburgh during the offseason after the sides failed to reach a contract extension. Porter was taken with the 32nd-overall pick in the 2023 draft.

Meanwhile, the Braves and Phillies will play a winner take all Game Three after Philadelphia took Game Two in extra innings. The winner will face the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLDS.
