The Oklahoma State Election Board will be holding a Special Meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
The meeting will be held at the Oklahoma State Capitol at 2300 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Room G3, and consist of electing a candidate for State Representative-District 39.
