Enid Police Explorers went to Midwest City for a competition this past weekend, placing third in Felony Stops and Burglary Investigation. Enid competed against four other teams from two other Explorer posts. They competed in Domestic Violence Investigations, Active Shooter Event, and an Obstacle Course.
Lead Adviser Officer Tobias Plucinski was very proud of the explorers. Quoted by Plucinski, “We are really proud of our Explorers for putting in the hard work and for their dedication and commitment for learning these skills.”
The Explorers are girls and boys aged 14 to 20 who live locally and have a piqued interest in learning about law enforcement. The program was started last September.
