The Enid Regional Development Alliance will be having a special meeting on the 25th of August at 3:00 PM. The meeting will take place at Autry Technology Center at 1201 W. Willow. They are considering the hiring of a new Executive Director. This is due to the previous director Charlene Flanery resigning. The current Interim Director is John Blankenship, who is also the President of the Enid Chamber Of Commerce. The agenda is scheduled as follows:
- Call to order.
- Recess to Convene into Executive Session to interview Executive Director candidates.
The Enid Regional Development Alliance may go into Executive Session pursuant to 25 Okla. Stat. 307(B)(1) “for purpose of discussing the Executive Director’s employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee”.
- Reconvene into Special Session.
- Discuss and take any necessary action from Executive Session.
- Adjourn.
