The Stride Bank Center is having an American Bull Fighting event on Saturday, October 21st at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center. The event will take place at 7:30 pm in the evening. Bullfighting originated in South America and mostly involved a Bullfighter to either immobilize or kill the bull. The sport is considered controversial for multiple reasons: animal welfare, funding, and religious beliefs. Some forms of Bullfighting are considered a blood sport due to the violence towards both the fighter and the bull. However, Bullfighting was adopted in America and was changed to match the style of American bullriding.
Instead of fighting the bull, the fighter will see how long they will last in the ring with it. When they need to bail, there will be Rodeo Clowns to assist.
Tickets are now on sale starting on August 25th.
