On Thursday night a large thunderstorm moved through Garfield County and high winds knocked down a few power line poles in different areas in Enid, some are partially blocking roads. Power was out at the traffic lights at Cleveland and Garriott. Traffic is currently treating the intersection as a 4 way stop.
Powerlines were also knocked down in Kremlin, and in Drummond, a roof was blown off and obstructed a road. However, despite the high winds no tornadoes were sighted in the county.
