HONG KONG (Reuters) – Hong Kong’s top court on Tuesday upheld three earlier rulings that favoured granting housing and inheritance rights to same-sex couples.
Hong Kong’s Housing Authority and Secretary for Justice had requested the Court of Final Appeal overturn the lower court judgements.
