A two-vehicle collision that occurred in Breckenridge on Thursday afternoon has left one person injured.
Charles Allan Wilson, 73, was travelling northbound on North 102nd St. in his 2002 Ford Ranger when he arrived at the intersection on Breckenridge Rd. Wilson failed to yield for Sierra Leanna, 29, who was traveling westbound on Breckenridge Rd. in her 2012 Ford Edge.
Leanna’s car struck Wilson’s truck on the passenger side, forcing the latter vehicle to roll over on its driver side and come to rest on a power pole. Wilson was pinned inside the truck for 10 minutes before the Enid Fire Department was able to free him.
Leanna was transported to Integris Bass Baptist Hospital where she was treated and later released.
Meanwhile, Wilson was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital where he was later referred to OU Medical Center in critical condition with head and internal trunk injuries.
