Cherokee Strip Days Returns to Celebrate Enid’s Birthday

The Cherokee Strip Days Celebration is right around the corner, honoring Enid’s 132nd birthday with a weekend full of festivities.

The celebration kicks off on Friday, Sept. 12, with a lunch rush from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the courthouse lawn. Guests can enjoy Indian tacos and drinks for just $10.

Then on Saturday, Sept. 13, find a spot in downtown Enid for the highly anticipated Cherokee Strip Parade! Afterward, head back to the courthouse lawn for the Cherokee Strip Festival, featuring local vendors, unique items and delicious food until 1:30 p.m.
