(Washington, DC) – President Trump is aiming to bring down diesel prices. He signed an executive order yesterday allowing access to “tax-free red-dyed diesel for any reason” until the end of this year. Red-dyed and regular diesel are the same quality but the red-dyed variety is for off-road uses only, like tractors. The move comes as diesel prices continue to hover above six dollars and 30 cents a gallon, according to Triple-A.
