SHARE NOW

On Wednesday, April 26th at around 2:00 pm a 2-car wreck took place between the driver of a gray Chrysler and the driver of a white Ford. The wreck blocked eastbound traffic on the 900 block of West Willow for 30 minutes.

The driver of the Chrysler was heading south on Jackson St towards Willow and she was stopped at a stop sign while the driver of the Ford was turning onto Willow from Van Buren. The woman driving the Chrysler entered the intersection striking the driver of the Ford.

She admitted to responding police that she thought she had enough time or wasn’t looking good enough before striking the Ford. The woman driving the Chrysler suffered possible injuries and refused medical transport while the man driving the Ford suffered nonincapacitating injuries to his head and body and was transported by Life EMS to St. Mary’s Hospital.
