A section East Cornell Ave. is scheduled to be closed to allow contractors to install a new culvert.
The closure will last from Monday, April 22 to Friday, April 26 and could last longer depending on the weather.
The construction effort will span from Kennedy St. and North 3rd St.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction.
