59-year-old Randy Glenn Ball was charged with a felony count of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16.
Ball was arrested on the warrant on Dec. 11 and was set with a $100,000 bond. The investigation began in late October when Enid Police Detective Sean Dyer posed as a 14-year-old female on an online chat platform and was contacted by Ball.
Ball sent multiple inappropriate images and attempted to arrange a meeting. The meeting never occurred, and a warrant for Ball’s arrest was filed.
