4RKids will once again host its friendly race for a good cause: the 10th Annual 4RKids Turkey Trot!
The race will take place on the morning of Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, Nov. 26. The starting line will be located at 4RKids’ Enid headquarters at 710 Overland Trail.
The event will feature a 5K run/walk, a 1-mile fun run/walk and an option for those who wish to bring their dog along for the fun! Awards will be handed out for the top three finishers in each age group and all finishers are guaranteed finisher medals for both the 5K and 1-mile run.
All proceeds for the race will benefit 4RKids as they continue to create vocational, educational, social and recreational opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.
Register for the race by Monday, Nov. 16 to guarantee yourself a Turkey Trot race shirt, as shirts for registrations later than that will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
