MERIDIAN, Miss. – Petty Officer 3rd Class Kentaija Brown, a native of Midwest City, Oklahoma, serves the U.S. Navy aboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, Mississippi.
Brown, a 2022 graduate of Midwest City High School, joined the Navy one year ago. Today, Brown serves as a religious program specialist.
“I’ve always been into the military lifestyle,” said Brown. “The Navy just happened to be the best match for me and also the most beneficial.”
