WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Petty Officer 1st Class Daisy Romero, a native of Moore, Oklahoma, serves the U.S. Navy assigned to Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group operating out of Norfolk.
Romero graduated in 2013 from Moore High School.
The skills and values needed to succeed in the Navy are similar to those found in Moore.
“My hometown taught me how to work hard and never give up,” said Romero. “It also taught me to put 100% into everything you do.”
